End User License Agreement

This Agreement applies to the Filzyx software product you are installing or using (the "Software"). By installing, copying or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License grant
Filzyx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on computers that you own or control, for your own use or for the internal business purposes of the organization you work for. You may keep a reasonable number of backup copies.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Software or any part of it to third parties, except as expressly permitted in section 3;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
3. Redistribution of the installer
Software catalogs, archives and download sites may redistribute the original, unmodified installer file free of charge, provided that the installer is not bundled with unrelated software, adware or paid offers and that the product is clearly identified as Filzyx software.
4. Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Filzyx. The Software is licensed, not sold.
5. Changes to this Agreement
This Agreement may be updated for future versions of the Software. Installing or using a new version means that you accept the agreement that accompanies that version.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Software at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Filzyx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Software. The total liability of Filzyx shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software, if any.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove all copies of it.
